Parking on premises is allowed by permit only; all violators will be towed at Owner’s expense. The property has visitor parking dispersed throughout the community for all cars without parking permits and Resident’s guests. All visitor parking is marked with a large “VISITOR” stenciled in front of the spot. At no time should a car without the correct permit be parked under any covered parking. Covered parking is a paid-for amenity only and the Resident that rents it reserves the right to call for a tow. Our towing company is on patrol 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to find infractions. No maintenance of any kind may be performed on any vehicle in the parking lot. In order to discourage vandalism and theft, please do not leave valuables inside your car.
